OptiQ helps copier dealers automate toner intelligence, reduce waste, and improve profitability with predictive automation.
OptiQ, LLC ("OptiQ," "we," "our," or "us") licenses its software platform to authorized office equipment dealers. Dealers use the platform to monitor and service printing devices deployed at their customers' locations. Information regarding those devices is processed on behalf of the dealer to facilitate maintenance, service, supply fulfillment, and operational reporting.
OptiQ generally processes information on behalf of authorized dealers in connection with providing the OptiQ platform. Dealers remain responsible for determining how information relating to their customers is used.
Data Controller and Data Processor. In most cases, OptiQ acts as a data processor (or service provider) on behalf of its authorized dealers, who act as the data controller for information relating to their customers. Each dealer is responsible for ensuring it has the necessary rights and legal basis to collect, process, and share information with OptiQ in connection with the services.

OptiQ is an Operational Intelligence Platform designed for office technology dealers to monitor and manage printing devices, consumables, service operations, and business analytics.
Depending on the services you use, OptiQ may collect the following information.
Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate.
OptiQ is designed to monitor devices—not documents. We do not monitor, capture, store, transmit, inspect, or analyze the contents of printed, scanned, copied, or faxed documents.
We do not sell customer information.
We do not sell or rent customer information.
OptiQ uses industry-standard security practices including encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, authentication and authorization controls, monitoring and logging, and routine software updates.
No system can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident results in unauthorized access to, acquisition of, or disclosure of personal information, OptiQ will promptly investigate the incident to determine its scope, nature, and impact.
OptiQ integrates with third-party platforms and services including cloud infrastructure, shipping providers, business systems, and manufacturer APIs. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
OptiQ services are not directed to children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as reasonably practicable. Contact support@optiqpro.com with concerns.
